Dr. Garlock joined Endodontic Associates in 1997, following
completion of specialty training in endodontics at the Albert
Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. His undergraduate
studies were completed at the University of Delaware, where
he graduated in 1991 with a BA in Biology and a minor in
Philosophy. Dr. Garlock then attended the University of
Louisville School of Dentistry where he obtained his DMD
degree in 1995.
An
active member of the dental community, Dr. Garlock sits on
multiple committees for the Maine Dental Association. He is
also a member of the American Dental Association and the American
Association of Endodontists, and is certified with the American
Board of Endodontics. He has published papers in both the
Journal of Endodontics and the "Triple O" and taught part
time at Tufts Dental School. His charitable activities include
active participation in both the Donated Dental Services program
and volunteering at the Preble Street free clinic.
Equally
active in his spare time, Dr. Garlock is an outdoors enthusiast
and can be found boating in Casco Bay or skiing Sugarloaf
when not in the office.
